Refund policy
Live Plants
All sales of live plants are final. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of live plants, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the plant has left our store or been delivered. We take great care to ensure every plant is healthy at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after the plant is received.
If you ever have questions about your plant’s health, we’re happy to offer guidance — even though we cannot accept returns on live plants.
Non‑Plant Items
Returns for non‑plant merchandise (pots, tools, accessories, décor, etc.) are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect non‑plant item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Workshops & Event Tickets
Workshop registrations and event tickets are non‑refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled event. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for store credit or transfer to another session, depending on availability. No refunds, credits, or transfers are offered for no‑shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
Special Orders
Special‑order items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all return requests.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
